Key Responsibilities
Generate new business with contractors, developers, and consultants
Promote construction products, systems, and technical solutions
Conduct technical presentations, meetings, and site visits
Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, proposals, and tender submissions
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
Coordinate with engineering and project teams for project execution
Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records
Track market trends and competitor activity
Provide after-sales technical support
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Construction Engineering
Minimum
5 years' experience
in construction or engineering sales
Strong understanding of construction materials and systems
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to meet sales targets
Proficiency in CRM and MS Office
Valid UAE driving license and own car - mandatory
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site inspections
