About Us:

Maven Building Contracting is a leading construction company specializing in concrete repair, structural strengthening, waterproofing, and concrete cutting. We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to drive our business growth in Dubai.

Role Overview:

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing technical and commercial support for our specialized construction services. This is a hands-on role that requires both sales expertise and strong technical knowledge of construction methods and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and grow relationships with clients in the construction and infrastructure sectors. Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets. Promote and provide technical solutions for services including concrete repair, structural strengthening, waterproofing, and concrete cutting. Coordinate with technical and project teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical presentations to clients.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field (preferred). Minimum 3-4 years of proven sales experience in construction services within the UAE. Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and industry standards. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
