Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, client meetings, and market research.
Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients.
Follow up on all enquiries, quotations, and negotiations to ensure timely closures.
Maintain strong relationships with system integrators, consultants, contractors, and end users.
Technical Support & Pre-Sales
Provide technical consultation and solution design based on customer requirements.
Assist in product selection, BOQs, compliance statements, and technical submittals.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts when required.
Coordinate with vendors and internal technical teams for accurate solution delivery.
Project Coordination
Support project execution teams during handover after order confirmation.
Ensure correct specification, scope, and timelines are communicated to all stakeholders.
Assist in resolving technical or commercial issues during project implementation.
Client & Account Management
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support.
Track customer feedback, complaints, and resolution status.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate sales records in CRM or internal systems.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity and performance reports.
Ensure all documentation such as quotations, POs, delivery notes, and invoices are properly coordinated with accounts and operations.
Market Intelligence
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
Provide regular feedback to management for strategic planning and product positioning.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, IT, or a related field.
Maximum 1 year of relevant experience in ELV, security systems, IT solutions, or project sales would be an added advantage
Strong knowledge of CCTV, VMS, storage, networking, and related solutions is an advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
UAE driving license is an added advantage.
