Sales Engineer - Interior & Fit-Out Industry
Key Responsibilities
Identify, meet, and engage with
new and existing clients
to promote company services. Sourcenew project leads
, gather market intelligence, and participate in tendering and bidding across the UAE. Prepare and delivertechnical presentations
to demonstrate the company's products, services, and capabilities. Generate high-quality sales leads, conduct follow-ups, coordinate with design and estimation teams, negotiate pricing, finalize sales, and arrange deliveries. Apply solidtechnical knowledge of fit-out works and office furniture
to support client requirements. Conductsite surveys
, evaluate project conditions, and prepare accurate estimates and commercial offers. Maintain strong follow-up with prospects on submitted proposals toclose orders effectively
. Achieve assignedmonthly and yearly sales targets
.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Engineering
(preferred). Minimum2 years of experience
in sales, ideally inInterior Design, Fit-Out, or Office Furniture
. Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and negotiation skills. Ability to explaintechnical details
to non-technical clients clearly. Strong leadership qualities and ability to work within a team environment.UAE Driving License
is mandatory.Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
