TEAMWORKZ TECHNICAL SERVICES CO. L.L.C is a Dubai-based technical services company specializing in villa renovations, interior fit-out works, landscaping services, and construction coordination. We provide end-to-end solutions including site supervision, renovation planning, design coordination, landscape development, and full project execution.

Position Summary-:

The Sales Engineer is responsible for managing villa renovation activities from client requirement gathering to on-site execution. The role involves coordinating with clients to understand their needs, supervising labour teams, ensuring quality workmanship, and monitoring daily progress. The position requires strong communication skills, a good understanding of renovation works, and the ability to deliver projects smoothly within timelines and standards.

Job Responsibilities-:

Client Coordination & Requirement Gathering

Meet clients at their villas to understand renovation requirements and preferences.

Take accurate measurements and photos of the site.

Advise clients on materials, finishes, and possible design solutions.

Prepare detailed project scope and timelines.

Project Planning & Quotation

Prepare cost estimates and project quotations including labour and materials.

Maintain a list of material suppliers and negotiate pricing.

Coordinate with designers if needed for layout or drawing preparation.

LABOUR & SITE COORDINATION

Assign daily tasks to labour teams.

Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with client requirements.

Troubleshoot on-site issues and resolve them efficiently.

Track project progress and report to management.

Material Management

Source materials from suppliers and ensure timely delivery.

Track material consumption and managing inventory for ongoing projects.

Project Completion & Handover

Inspect completed work for quality assurance.

Coordinate final cleaning and finishing touches.

Handover completed project to the client and obtained feedback.

Qualifications & Skills-:

Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

Technical certifications in Project Management, AutoCAD, Interior Fit-Out, or Health & Safety (HSE) are an added advantage.

Valid

UAE driving license

(highly preferred).

Good knowledge of

Microsoft Office

(Word, Excel, Project) and project-tracking tools.

Flexibility to work on-site and manage multiple locations if required.

Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

Ability to coordinate and manage labour teams effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills, especially in on-site issues.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in villa renovation, interior fit-outs, or construction projects.

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance.

Good negotiation skills for dealing with vendors and subcontractors.

Ability to supervise labour teams and coordinate multiple projects.

Knowledge of local suppliers and material options is a plus.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); AutoCAD knowledge is a bonus.

Strong understanding of renovation works, materials, and construction methods.

Knowledge of MEP basics (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) used in villa renovations.

Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and work schedules.

Familiarity with local Dubai Municipality, Trakhees.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
