About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to drive trading sales of electrical products, including switchgear, to panel builders, MEP contractors, and electrical traders. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of electrical products, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities with panel builders, MEP contractors, and electrical traders. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize sales opportunities. Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers regarding electrical products, including switchgear. Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical solutions tailored to client needs. Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, procurement, and operations) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics regularly. Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree. Proven experience in sales of electrical products, preferably in trading or B2B sales. Strong knowledge of electrical products, including switchgear, panels, and related components. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple clients effectively. Valid UAE driving license is preferred
