Full-Time | Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Saturday Half Day

About the Role:

Proto21 is looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will combine your technical expertise with strong sales skills to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and support the sales process from start to finish. You will be the frontline connection between customers and our technical teams, handling inquiries, closing deals, and ensuring exceptional client service throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration from a recognized institution. 4+ years of GCC experience in customer-facing roles (Technical Sales or Customer Service is a plus) Strong command of English (written & spoken) - technical writing is an advantage Proficient with IT systems, CRM tools & Project Management software's Must be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure UAE Driving License is required

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, webchat, WhatsApp, and social media Prepare and send quotes, contracts, and negotiate commercial terms Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively closing deals Enter and maintain data in the company's CRM system Coordinate with production and project teams to ensure smooth delivery Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients Generate and maintain accurate sales reports and documentation
