About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to handle our range of specialty building products, including movement joints, aluminum entrance mats, expansion joints, wall protection and stair nosing systems. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, established contacts within the construction sector, and the ability to drive sales growth independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies for specialty solution products.
Generate and manage leads, build relationships with consultants, contractors, and project managers.
Conduct site visits and product presentations to key clients.
Prepare and submit sales forecasts, market reports, and weekly activity reports.
Maintain organized documentation for all inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets with a results-driven approach.
Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure timely project support and delivery.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the construction or building materials industry.
Valid UAE Driver's License.
Proven record of handling specialized architectural or finishing products.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and capable of generating own leads and business opportunities.
