About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Engineer with an Architectural background to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with excellent communication and client-handling skills to support business growth and deliver customized solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and real estate sectors. Prepare and present commercial proposals and technical offers to clients. Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to provide accurate project solutions. Conduct site visits and attend client meetings to understand project requirements. Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Coordinate with internal teams for proposal submissions and project follow-ups.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in sales or technical roles within the construction or architectural industry. Strong understanding of building materials, design processes, and project workflows. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project documentation. UAE driving license (preferred).
