Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Engineer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in MEP systems and proven experience in sales within the construction or electromechanical industry. The Sales Engineer will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving project acquisitions from initial inquiry through successful closing.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE construction and MEP market. Promote GridPoint's electromechanical contracting services to consultants, contractors, and developers. Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services to clients. Collaborate with the estimation and technical teams to prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions. Conduct site visits and attend meetings to understand project requirements and provide technical support. Negotiate contracts and terms of sales to ensure mutual satisfaction. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth strategy.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering. 2-5 years of sales experience in the MEP or electromechanical contracting field (UAE experience preferred). Strong technical understanding of MEP systems and construction processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Valid UAE driving license is mandatory. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
