Identify and develop new business opportunities, leads for Hard FM, Soft FM, Integrated Facilities Management services, fit out, ad hoc projects in Abu Dhabi/UAE.
Work with Business Development Manager in achieving yearly and quarterly sales targets for BD Team and achieve growth objectives.
Prepare and deliver all technical and commercial proposals, Estimations, RFQs/RFI Responses, presentations, and bid documents in line with RFP/tender requirements.
Updating the CRM/ERP/Weekly Reports with the sales activity, including quotation status, lead status, to generate realistic pipelines and sales forecasts regularly.
Conduct site surveys, understand client requirements, and propose customized FM & ad hoc solutions.
Create and maintain professional relationships with new, prospective, and existing clients.
Work closely with the operations and engineering teams to ensure feasibility, accuracy, and competitiveness of proposals in FM & ad hoc projects.
Involve in achieving the Business Plan, Organizational goals, and Targets.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business, company targets accomplishments and contract renewals.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Ensure compliance with company policies, HSSE standards, and local Abu Dhabi/UAE regulations
