Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, effective communication with customers, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction, landscaping, infrastructure, and municipal projects. Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, project managers, and procurement teams. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Technical Support:

Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical advice to clients on fencing and gabion solutions. Understand project requirements and recommend suitable products and specifications. Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and tender documents. Coordinate with engineering/design teams to provide customized solutions where necessary.

Quotations & Proposals:

Prepare detailed quotations, BOQs, and proposals based on client needs. Ensure accuracy in pricing, lead times, and technical compliance.

Project Coordination:

Follow up on orders and project execution in coordination with operations/logistics teams. Monitor ongoing projects for product performance and customer satisfaction.

Market Intelligence:

Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in fencing and gabions. Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in ,Mechanical Engineering 2-5 years of experience in sales or technical support in the fencing/gabions or construction materials industry. Strong understanding of fencing systems (chain link, welded mesh, palisade, etc.) and gabion products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with AutoCAD or design tools is a plus. Valid UAE driving license
Package: between AED 4000 to 6000 per month + sales commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
