9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (UAE Time)

Compensation:

7000 AED TO 8500 AED + Performance-based commission

Experience:

3-5 years in technical or project-based sales (3 or max 4 years people search)

Qualifications & Experience

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years in technical or project-based sales within construction, fabrication, or event fit-out industries.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Steel Structures, or Architecture Engineering (highly preferred).

License:

Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Core Competencies

Strong technical knowledge of tensile structures, steel fabrication, and related systems. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with proven persuasive ability. Skilled in client handling and relationship management. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs. Proficiency in ERP-based sales systems and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Sales Manager in implementing and executing sales strategies. Prepare technical proposals and support pricing estimations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and clients. Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand requirements and provide technical input. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate solution delivery. Research market trends and identify new project opportunities. Submit weekly activity updates and lead progress reports to the Sales Manager. Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets through active client engagement and follow-ups.
