About the Role
Servetech is searching for a proactive Sales Engineer with hands-on experience in Industrial Automation, Electrical projects and Control Panel solutions. You'll be the technical face of our offerings-meeting customers, understanding their needs, proposing solutions, and helping convert opportunities into confirmed orders. This role blends field sales with technical know-how and requires someone who can work independently to drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities

• Independently visit client sites, uncover new opportunities, and follow up leads through to LPO/PO issuance.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships through regular engagement and professional follow-up.
• Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable automation, control panel or electrical solutions.
• Coordinate internally with engineering, procurement and project teams to ensure on-time and on-spec delivery.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and technical clarifications to support the sales process.
• Support project handover and ensure smooth transition to implementation teams.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of sales experience in Industrial Automation, Electrical Projects, or Control Panel industries.
• Proven experience working on electrical/automation projects is essential.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel for client visits.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer relationship management.
• Background or experience in system integration is a plus.
