We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven
MEP Sales Engineer
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of MEP systems and a passion for sales and client engagement. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored MEP solutions to meet project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities in the MEP sector through market research, client meetings, and site visits.
Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers.
Analyze project specifications, drawings, and requirements to recommend suitable MEP solutions.
Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets and company goals.
Coordinate with internal engineering and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Keep updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies.
Maintain records of client interactions, sales activities, and project status in CRM tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the MEP industry.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, Fire Fighting, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
