Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Dubai. The role combines technical knowledge (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) with sales skills to support our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services for apartments, villas, and commercial properties.

The Sales Engineer will conduct inspections, prepare proposals, and help close AMC contracts while leading communication with customers and supporting our admin team.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct property inspections with technicians (AC, plumbing, and electrical systems). Prepare tailored AMC proposals for residential and commercial clients. Explain AMC packages to clients and highlight benefits. Support admin team with WhatsApp, calls, and email inquiries. Negotiate and close contracts with homeowners, landlords, and business owners. Maintain records of leads, proposals, and closed deals using CRM tools. Report sales performance and client feedback to management.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering. 2-5 years' experience in HVAC, Facilities Management, or Building Maintenance. Strong sales and communication skills. Knowledge of CRM tools. Fluent in English; (Arabic/Hindi/Tagalog are a plus.) UAE market experience preferred.
