We are looking for a dynamic

Sales Engineer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing technical support, communicating with clients, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support

Understand customer requirements and provide accurate technical advice and product recommendations. Collaborate with the Technical Solutions Department to deliver suitable product and service solutions. Address technical queries and participate in troubleshooting discussions when necessary. Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Sales and Client Relations

Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Support the sales process from inquiry to delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly within the industrial or manufacturing sectors. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Special Requirements

A valid driver's license is mandatory, as client visits are required. Willingness to travel to other locations as needed for customer visits.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
