Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our Dubai office. The role involves generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, securing sales orders for ICT & ELV projects as well as software product solutions, and ensuring timely payments and collections from clients. The Sales Engineer will focus on the UAE market, with opportunities to target GCC clients in the future.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for ICT, ELV, and software solutions within the UAE.
Meet and exceed sales targets by securing projects and product sales orders.
Ensure timely payment collection and maintain strong client financial relationships.
Develop and maintain strong client networks and partnerships.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain company products and services.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposals meet customer requirements.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and follow up on client satisfaction.
Conduct regular market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and trends.
Explore future sales opportunities across GCC countries.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
3-6 years of proven sales experience in ICT, ELV systems, or Software Solutions.
Strong understanding of ICT infrastructure, ELV systems (CCTV, access control, structured cabling, etc.), and enterprise software solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
