We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive with 1-3 years of experience in ELV and IT Solutions, including AI-generated technologies, robotics, cloud services, data center solutions, home automation, and AV systems. The ideal candidate should not only drive sales but also contribute to marketing efforts, lead generation, and continuous sales improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in:
o AI & Robotics Solutions
o Cloud Services & Data Center Infrastructure
o Home Automation & IoT
o ELV Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Intercom, Fire Alarm, etc.)
o AV Solutions and Integrations
Generate qualified leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into long-term clients.
Capable of planning, implementing, and executing marketing strategies to support sales growth.
Conduct meetings, site visits, and product presentations to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender documents with support from the technical/pre-sales team.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (consultants, contractors, and end-users).
Work under pressure to meet sales targets and business KPIs consistently.
Analyze sales and marketing challenges, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to boost performance.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt and stay ahead.
Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events as a brand representative.
Preferred Attributes:
UAE driving license preferred (if applicable).
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
