We are hiring a
results-driven Sales Engineer
with deep expertise inwater and wastewater treatment equipment and chemicals.
This role demands strong local market knowledge, technical fluency, and a proven ability to drive sales and build lasting client relationships.Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell water/wastewater treatment equipment and chemicals (e.g., polymers, hypochlorite)
Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors Conduct site visits, technical meetings, and product presentations Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders Achieve monthly sales targets and generate purchase orders Monitor market trends, client needs, and competitor activity Provide regular sales performance updatesRequirements
Minimum 5 years of
local sales experience
in water/wastewater treatment Strong technical understanding of treatment chemicals Valid UAE driving license Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated and target-orientedOffer & Terms
Competitive monthly salary + commission
Probation Period:
2 months (80% of salary paid)Note:
Company visa and official employment contract will be providedonly if purchase orders are secured during probation
