Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled
Sales Engineer
to drive growth by identifying new clients, managing leads, and promoting our range of home maintenance services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical knowledge of MEP systems and the ability to communicate value-added solutions to both homeowners and business clients.Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within residential and commercial markets Visit clients, assess maintenance needs, and recommend suitable service packages (AMC, one-time services, etc.) Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and technical presentations Follow up on leads generated through marketing, referrals, and platforms Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure successful service delivery Maintain strong client relationships and provide post-sales support Meet monthly sales targets and provide regular reporting to management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering preferred Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales or technical support within the maintenance or facility management industry in UAE Strong understanding of MEP systems and general maintenance work Excellent communication and negotiation skills UAE driving license required
