Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic
Sales Engineer
to join our growing team at ColourZone. The ideal candidate will be responsible fordriving sales
,developing client relationships
, andproviding technical expertise
on our wide range of decorative paints and finishes. This is a client-facing role that requires strong interpersonal skills, a keen design sense, and the ability to understand and present technical solutions.Key Responsibilities
Meet with clients (villa owners, contractors, consultants, designers) to present samples and explain finish options. Conduct
on-site visits
to measure surfaces and assess application needs. Prepare quotations based on site conditions and project requirements. Follow up on leads and inquiries toconvert prospects into projects
. Provide technical support to clients during the design/specification stage. Coordinate with the applicator team and project manager to ensure smooth project execution. Attend exhibitions and networking events to expand market reach. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback.Requirements
Background in
civil engineering
,architecture
, orinterior design
is a plus. Strong understanding ofdecorative materials
(e.g., Microcement, Marmorino, polished plaster). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluent inEnglish
(Arabic is a plus).Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
Experience:
sales in the construction/fit-out/finishes industry: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
Driving License (Required) * Civil Engineering Degree (Preferred)
