Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Engineer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, a strong passion for sales, and the ability to understand and promote complex technology solutions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities in target markets. Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining Syxcom's products and services. Understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions. Coordinate with engineering and project teams for proposal and solution development. Prepare quotations, respond to RFPs/RFQs, and follow up on proposals. Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Participate in industry events and exhibitions to promote brand visibility. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related technical field. 1-3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in ELV, ICT, Automation, or UPS systems. Strong knowledge of low voltage systems, networking, and power backup technologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic CAD or system design tools is a plus. UAE driving license preferred.
