Job Description

As a Sales Executive for the steel industry, your primary responsibility will be to generate sales and achieve revenue targets by promoting and selling steel products and services to clients. You will play a crucial role in expanding the customer base, building strong customer relationships, and maximizing profitability within the assigned territory. This position requires a proactive approach, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the steel industry.

Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:



Identify potential clients and develop a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for business growth.

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Present and promote the company's steel products and services to prospective customers.

Customer Relationship Management:



Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Understand customer needs, preferences, and requirements to provide customized solutions.

Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.

Sales and Negotiation:



Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to maximize profitability while meeting customer expectations.

Collaborate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

Market Intelligence and Reporting:

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.

Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide regular sales forecasts to management.

Provide insights and recommendations to enhance sales strategies, product offerings, and customer experience.

Sales Support and Administration:



Coordinate with the sales support team to ensure timely issuance of quotations, invoices, and other sales-related documentation.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales activities, and contracts in the CRM system.

Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and industry events to enhance product knowledge and professional development.



Requirements:



Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in the steel Industry sector.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a proactive approach to prospecting and closing deals.

Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyze data.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Flexibility to travel and attend meetings or events as required.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years' experience in related field required.

Driving License.

Must be able to read and speak the English and Hindi language well enough to communicate, understand, and respond.

Working Conditions:

Gender - MALE Age criteria - 25-40 yrs Salary range - AED 4000-6000 Benefits your company is providing - Visa + Insurance

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
