Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team at our Dubai and sharjah showroom. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the kitchen, tile, and sanitary ware industry, with a proven ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored product solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing expert product knowledge and support.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and delivery timelines.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed about market trends.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the showroom.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, and contractors.
Coordinate with the technical and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the kitchen, tiles, or sanitary ware industry (UAE experience preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused attitude with excellent presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Immediate availability is a plus.
