Position: Sales Engineer

Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Industry: Tents & Tensile Shade Structures | Construction | Steel & Aluminium

Fabrication | Chemical (Hilti) | Related Industrial Sectors

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience: 3-5 years in technical sales or project-based sales within the construction or fabrication industry. Education: Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Steel Structure, or Architecture Engineering is highly preferred. Driving License: Valid UAE driving license is mandatory. Attestation: Degree must be attested by MOFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs).

Core Skills Required:

Technical knowledge of tensile structures, steel fabrication, and related systems. Excellent communication and presentation negotiation skills and convincing power Strong negotiation and client handling skills. Capable of reading and interpreting technical drawings and BOQs. Proficient in sales ERP systems and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Sales Manager in executing sales strategies. Prepare technical proposals and assist in pricing estimations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and clients. Attend site visits and client meetings to gather requirements and provide technical input. Coordinate with engineering and production teams for accurate solution delivery. Conduct market research and gather insights on project opportunities. Submit weekly activity and lead progress reports to the Sales Manager. Assist in achieving the set monthly sales targets through active engagement and follow-ups.
