Job Description

(Facility System):

Coordinate shutdown of utilities when indicated and ensures uninterrupted service. Managing specialized contractors to carry out maintenance of different systems Planning and scheduling of preventive maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing equipment. Provides work direction and supervision to staff involved in maintenance and repair work of facilities and types of equipment. Developing engineering standards, specifications, engineering practices, and procedures for maintenance, repair, and turnaround of types of equipment. Perform engineering analysis to determine the root cause of the most critical and repetitive equipment failures. Identifying, developing, implementing, and tracking project safety Key Performance Indicators. Respond promptly to maintenance issues and Emergency calls. Evaluates maintenance requests, sets priorities, and processes work assignments. ? Implementing safety practices as per the site requirements.

(Access control System): ProWatch Application

Coordinate and participate with all function of the badge identification program for all employees, contractors, visitor and others as designated. Maintain database for card access system and provide continues update for active users for all employees, contractors, visitor and others as designated. Provide high levels of customer services for all staff, visitors, vendors and others during the badging process. Maintaining restricted area authorized staff list by monthly basis. Provide senior access control manager with weekly status report. Prepare daily and monthly staff and contractor attendees report. Print staff physical access card and enable clearance code according to the team
