Position: Sales Engineer - Sensors
Duties and Responsibilities:
Purchasing:
Analyze all suppliers to select those offering high-quality products at competitive prices. Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost, and quality to maximize company benefits. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely product deliveries. Develop, implement, and drive procurement strategies to achieve cost savings targets. Generate monthly performance reviews and reports on sourcing requirements.
Invoicing:
Proficient in creating Proforma Invoices, Invoices, and Receipt Vouchers. Ensure accuracy in all outgoing invoices. Calculate additional charges (e.g., delivery costs) for inclusion in invoices. Collaborate with financial staff, such as Accountants. Follow up on outstanding payments via customer account statements. Maintain detailed records of payments collected and customer information.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Instrumentation Engineering, or similar field. 1-2 years of prior experience in the Trading Industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM software. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional customer service abilities. Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail. Ability to consistently meet deadlines. Capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team. Track record of achieving set targets.
