We are looking for a proactive and result-driven
Senior
Business Development Executive
to join our growing construction company. The ideal candidate will have at least2 years of UAE experience
in business development or sales within the construction or contracting sector.Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and client leads Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, and contractors Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations Attend industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Collaborate with internal teams for project planning and delivery
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience
in business development or sales in theconstruction industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills Fluent in English; Arabic language is preferred UAE driving license is an advantage Strong understanding of the local market and construction industry practicesBenefits:
