Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit a motivated and qualified Sales Engineer with a structural engineering background and a passion for sustainable building practices, to join our growing team in Dubai, UAE.

This role is suited for professionals experienced in the construction sector, who are also preferably knowledgeable in green building technologies, LEED standards, and environmentally responsible structural systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell innovative, sustainable structural systems to consultants, contractors, and developers Conduct technical presentations focusing on the benefits of the systems and green construction, including LEED point contributions Develop strong relationships within the UAE's building sector Provide project-specific technical support to clients and design teams Identify new business opportunities, particularly in sustainable and environmentally certified projects

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical sales or business development in the construction industry Exposure to major commercial or institutional projects (e.g., towers, malls, hospitals) Familiarity with LEED certification, green building regulations, and low-carbon construction materials is a plus Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus) UAE driving license preferred
