Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including contractors, architects, and developers, to drive sales and ensure repeat business.
Conduct high-impact sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand market share.
Provide clients with detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Work closely with marketing teams to align sales strategies and campaigns with market demands.
Stay informed about industry trends, new products, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Deliver monthly sales reports and performance analysis to management.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
o3+ years of experience in lighting industry
oBtech degree / Any Graduate(must know about lighting products)
oThorough knowledge of Lighting products
oGood communication skills
oValid DL
oCandidates who are familiar with these brands have an added advantage (Brands - Thorn, Zumtobel,Reggiani,Led C4, Signify,Luceco, LED linear, Linea light)
