Sales Engineer
Job Description
Engage with customers through online platforms email and phone to understand their technical requirements and provide expert advice and product recommendations
Prepare and deliver accurate quotations and proposals and assist customers in navigating the eCommerce platform for a smooth purchase process
Collaborate with the eCommerce team to ensure technical product information is up to date and compelling and support sourcing of technical products from around the world
Follow up on leads inquiries and abandoned carts to close deals and maximize conversion rates
Track and report on sales metrics customer feedback and market trends to support data driven decision making
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering like Mechanical or Electrical or similar experience 2 to 3 years experience in selling technical products online or in business to business sales Good technical knowledge of industrial products and strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work alone and with a team and familiarity with CRM and eCommerce tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
