Industry Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in business development of
MEP Division (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing).
- Understanding of MEP systems, project lifecycles, tendering, and
contracting processes.
- In-depth knowledge of local and regional construction markets, including
key clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Ability to coordinate with the estimation team to ensure competitive and
technically sound bids, providing necessary input during tender
preparation.
- Experience in preparing and managing prequalification documents, RFQs,
and RFPs for MEP projects.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Other Requirements:
UAE Driving License is mandatory.
