Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Engineer with proven experience in the signage and advertising or related industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and converting opportunities into business for the group.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities. Handling client assigned by the group. Meet with clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable solutions Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets Coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure project delivery Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the signage or advertising industry in the UAE Strong understanding of materials, fabrication techniques, and installation processes Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Proven track record in meeting sales targets and closing projects Valid UAE driving license. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
