Job Description
Key Responsibilities
:Technical Sales
:Promote and sell structural (e.g., concrete reinforcement, formwork systems, steel structures) and non-structural (e.g., waterproofing, sealants, insulation materials, coatings) products.
Understand project specifications and propose suitable technical solutions.
Client Engagement
:Develop and maintain relationships with civil contractors, consultants, architects, and project managers.
Conduct product presentations and site demonstrations.
Business Development
:Identify new business opportunities in the construction sector.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
Project Coordination
:Coordinate with internal technical and support teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
Provide after-sales technical support and training to clients.
Market Intelligence
:Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Provide feedback to the product development team for innovation and improvements.
Qualifications
:Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience: 2-5 years in sales or site execution in construction-related industries (freshers with good communication skills can be considered)
Technical Skills
:Basic understanding of construction materials and techniques
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
Experience:
Sales or Site Execution in Construction-Related Industries: 2 years (Preferred)
