Atwaar Decoration Company is seeking a motivated and dynamic

Sales Engineer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling marketing-generated leads, performing cold calls to generate new business, conducting site visits, preparing quotations, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact and follow up with marketing leads to understand client requirements. Conduct cold calls to identify new business opportunities. Arrange and attend site visits to evaluate client needs. Prepare and submit professional and competitive quotations. Maintain and develop strong, long-term client relationships. Act as a bridge between the client and the internal design and project teams. Provide feedback to the marketing and management teams regarding market trends and client needs.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the interior decoration, construction, or related industries. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English (spoken and written). Ability to handle client meetings, site visits, and prepare detailed quotations. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently. UAE driving license is a plus.
