Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in technical sales and business development, specifically within the mechanical engineering domain. The ideal candidate will focus on promoting and selling industrial equipment including valves, turbines, pumps, generators, and boilers to clients in the Oil & Gas, Power Plant sectors, and EPC contractors across the Abu Dhabi region.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Oil & Gas, Power, and EPC sectors. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Present and promote mechanical equipment solutions (valves, pumps, turbines, boilers, etc.) to potential customers. Understand customer needs and propose suitable technical solutions and services. Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the internal support and engineering teams. Follow up on quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet targets. Attend technical meetings, site visits, and trade exhibitions as required. Provide pre-sales and after-sales support, including coordinating service and maintenance requirements. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 2-3 years of proven experience in technical sales or business development, preferably within the UAE. Knowledge of industrial mechanical equipment, particularly in the Oil & Gas and Power sectors. Familiarity with Abu Dhabi-based EPC contractors and industrial clients is highly desirable. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. UAE Driving License is a must. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting.
