Sales Engineer

Job Description
We are a company specialized in the design, fabrication and installation of Floating Marinas and we are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Officer professional to join our team .
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in marine and coastal construction markets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and industrial sectors. Prepare and present sales pitches, technical proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with the estimation teams. Maintain a clear understanding of company offerings such as marine piling, FRP poltruded profiles, Pontoons, Slipways etc. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and positioning strategies. Attend industry exhibitions, networking events, and meetings to promote the company's capabilities. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall sales growth. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer communications using CRM systems.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of
3-5 years' experience in sales
, preferably withinmarine contracting, construction, or infrastructure sectors
.. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to interpret technical drawings and basic BOQs is required. Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence in client-facing situations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. UAE driving license is preferred.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
