Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Selling Danfoss High Pressure Pumps products through Partners and directly to OEMs,
Identifying and building strong business relationships with partners and OEMs and end users,
Building and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs,
Generating and cultivating effective long-term relationships with customers through regular and meaningful contact,
Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, taking ownership of the whole process. Reporting and following all customer-related activities,
Encouraging the customer to understand the entire product/system/service,
Developing, qualifying, following up, and closing sales opportunities, reporting all in the Sales Pipeline,
Supplying technical and product info to partners and OEMs,
Monitoring markets and competitors,
Participating in national and regional sales meetings along with trade shows as required,
Developing necessary application adaptations for our OEM customers and dealer network and providing the necessary support in the relevant fields working with Technical Support Team such as Desalination, Brine Mining, Humidification, etc.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Engineering,
At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the desalination or pump industry,
Experience working with Partners and OEMs,
Experience in CRM tools,
Strong time management and prioritization skills,
Proficiency in MS Office Applications,
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills,
Fluent in English, Arabic or Hindu is a plus.
Have no obstacle to travel.
