Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our dynamic sales team. As a Business Development Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our state-of-the-art CNC machines to potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to identify business opportunities, build strong relationships, and drive sales growth, contributing significantly to the expansion of our company\'s market presence and revenue. Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for CNC machines.
  • Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients in target industries to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients by understanding their needs, requirements, and pain points.
  • Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our CNC machines, their features, benefits, and applications to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
  • Solution Selling: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique manufacturing challenges and propose tailored CNC machine solutions that address their specific needs.
  • Presentations and Demos: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the capabilities and advantages of our CNC machines.
  • Quoting and Negotiation: Prepare accurate quotations and proposals, and negotiate terms and pricing to secure sales orders while maintaining profitability.
  • Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements to provide clients with relevant information and position our products effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer support, to ensure smooth communication and excellent customer experience.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, opportunities, and progress in the company\'s CRM system.
  • Travel: Periodically travel to client locations for meetings, presentations, and trade shows as required.
Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. - Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in selling industrial machinery or equipment. - Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex machinery. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams. - Demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving abilities. - Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and business development. - Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events. - Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. - A valid driver\'s license.
