- Sales Engineer must have sales and fitout experience Responsible for sourcing new project leads, market intelligence, tendering, and bids for new projects across the UAE. Participate in achieving the Business Plan, Organizational goals, and Targets. Research and analyze business development opportunities and monitor bid sites and platforms Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses, including the ability to take off quantity, BOQ, and reviews of MEP drawings MEP Technical knowledge, complete Electromechanical, mainly in fit-out projects and offices, retails medium-rise buildings, warehouses, Malls, etc. Proficiency in generating business through end-users like Interiors Fitout Contractors, Developers, Facilities Management companies, or End-users/clients Create and maintain professional relationships with new, prospective, and existing clients. Updating the CRM with the activity, including quotation status to generate realistic pipelines and sales forecasts. Develop and maintain marketing materials in close collaboration with the technical team, such as project profiles, presentations, statements of qualifications, brochures, press releases etc. BTech/Diploma in Civil Engineering Skills required: Good Analytical, Research, Presentation and Financial skills required. Ability to work strategically and operationally. Strong communication skills in English and Arabic is plus. Willing to work 6 days per week. Willing to travel across UAE as and when required. Should be able to meet the monthly target. Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) Knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD/Inventor/Tekla/Rhinos Ceros Eligibility:
