Job Requirements:

  • Good Understanding of B2B Industry, Industrial customers, Software Sales, Product pitch and B2B sales cycle.
  • Previous experience in selling to Industrial customers
  • Good Understanding of Industrial IIoT & Uses cases within Manufacturing, Industrial Product, Project and Solution Sales.
  • Proven Track record of Handling B2B Direct Business
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn with a go getter attitude.
Job Profile: Your responsibility will include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Generate Sales Leads.
  • Follow-up Sales Leads towards converting them to customers.
  • Maintain, follow-up and manage customer accounts.
  • Focusing on Building 3x pipeline to the revenue discuss in the start with a 30-35% conversions potential.
  • You will need to understand requirements, collaborate with the technical team, and draft detailed proposals for the clients
  • Continuously gather market intelligence in your domain area and provide timely inputs to strengthen our value proposition.
  • Providing weekly progress updates on opportunity pipeline and sales to the management.
  • Updating CRM software and are expected to maintain CRM accuracy, forecast accuracy, and deal progression accuracy for all ongoing activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering Field
  • Balanced combination of solid technical background and sales skills with the ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Sound judgement and strong business sense.
  • Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with customers at all levels (from senior executives to technical personnel).
  • Ability to present and explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner;
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills.
  • Organized and a keen eye for detail.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Combination of teamworking ability and independence and self-reliance.
  • Resilience and tenacity.
  • Computer proficiency and the ability to accurately enter data and generate reports.
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences to maintain technical and industry knowledge.
  • Willingness to travel within the sales territory assigned.
