Introduction and

The selected candidate will have the responsibility to develop the business of industrial air within UAE, meet the company goals in terms of sales volume, revenues, gross profit generation, and market coverage.
The main responsibility of the successful candidate will be to:

  • Implementation division’s market strategy.
  • Maximize the sales of divisions’ products to our current and new customers within
assigned market.
  • Ensure we have the Ideal mix of Course of Actions and efficient use of our resources to Maximize Revenues
  • Ensure that the sales targets are met in terms of unit sales and revenue generation.
  • Increase the market share in the assigned territory through efficient and proactive sales
approach.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales and market information.
  • Enhance and develop a good working relation with customers and colleagues.
  • Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer contacts towards achieving
the agreed business objectives.
  • Support sales through effective provision of sales data, including the visits recording, and
action reports using CRM system.
  • Interact with the aftermarket team to provide a good after sales service to reach the
required customer satisfaction.

What we expect of you?

Experience requirements

  • Excellent sales record from similar position with a minimum experience of 3 years in
sales of high quality industrial machines, and preferably Air Compressors.
  • Atlas Copco experience will be considered plus.

Knowledge and Competences

  • Knowledge of the market in UAE is required.
  • Candidate must be fluent in spoken & written English.
  • Adequate knowledge of using MS office tools is required.
  • Knowledge of Arabic will be considered as additional plus.
  • Good technical and engineering background.
  • Familiarity and experience to deal and negotiate commercial terms and conditions.

Educational requirements

Graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

  • Good teamwork spirit, self-motivated and energetic.
  • Eager to learn & adapt

  • Able to work with sales and budget forecasts
