Job Description

Responsibilities & Skills:



Promote and sell

fire-rated doors, frames, glazing products and hardware systems

to consultants, contractors, developers, and major project stakeholders. Identify, develop, and qualify new business opportunities within the building and construction markets. Prepare and deliver

technical presentations, product demonstrations, proposals, and quotations

tailored to client requirements. Support tender submissions, coordinate technical documentation, and respond to RFP/RFQs. Collaborate with internal teams (Estimation, Design, Production, Project Delivery) to ensure accurate project execution and client satisfaction. Maintain sales pipelines in CRM, follow up on leads, and report on sales performance. Bachelor's degree in

Mechanical, Civil Engineering

.

3+ years

of technical sales experience in fire-rated doors, glazing systems, architectural hardware, building products, or related construction environments. Strong knowledge of

fire-rated door and glazing products

, building codes, and quality standards. Demonstrated success in consultative sales and achieving targets. Excellent

communication, negotiation, presentation

and relationship-building skills.
