Promote and sell Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, and Life Safety Systems to new and existing clients.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients and consultants.
Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable fire protection solutions.
Handle tender inquiries, BOQs, cost estimation, and project follow-ups.
Negotiate terms, contracts, and agreements with clients.
Collaborate with design, estimation, and technical teams to ensure accurate project execution.
Maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and government authorities.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering field.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales of Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting Systems.
Strong knowledge of NFPA codes, QCDD/ Civil Defense regulations, and fire protection standards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to prepare technical submittals and work on tender documentation.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Valid driving license.
Valid UPDA Certificate.
