to generate leads, bring in new inquiries, and support the technical and commercial aspects of our ELV systems, Electrical solutions, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen combined with a technical background in electrical and ELV systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new sales leads and business opportunities for ELV and electrical systems.
Promote and sell AMC contracts to new and existing clients, ensuring recurring business.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients, explaining products and services.
Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to prepare quotations, proposals, and BOQs.
Follow up with clients to close deals and ensure client satisfaction post-sales.
Maintain a database of potential and existing clients with accurate tracking of interactions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to shape strategic approaches.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in ELV, electrical systems, or AMC.
Strong understanding of ELV systems such as CBS, UPS, Access Control, Home Automation, Lighting Solutions
Familiarity with electrical systems used in commercial and industrial settings.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
