We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer to join our growing Diving division. Based in Sharjah, UAE. This role is responsible for driving sales and business development across the MENA and APAC regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in mechanical or electronics engineering, combined with proven sales experience in the offshore and diving industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through visits, follow-ups, and technical consultation.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment and services.
Promote Unique Group's UEM products and diving solutions across target markets.
Support the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Lead customer acquisition efforts and grow the client base in both MENA and APAC regions.
Coordinate with internal teams, OEMs, and clients to handle rental, sales, and service-related activities.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing for tenders.
Manage project execution in coordination with engineering and service teams.
Track outstanding payments and support in collections.
Champion the growth of KSA operations by promoting LSE equipment, HBOT servicing, and medical technology products.
Participate actively in QHSSE-related activities, promoting safety and compliance.
Conduct presentations and support client meetings to enhance visibility and positioning of the Diving Division.
Support the Head Office with third-party consignments and cross-divisional projects.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Academic Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electronics & Communication, or a related technical field.
Experience:
5-7 years of relevant sales experience in Offshore & Diving equipment/services within the UAE market.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
Solid understanding of diving systems, underwater technologies, and offshore operations.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to sales and support.
Financial awareness and experience in pricing/tender preparation.
