We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site visits to construction sites and company offices to identify business opportunities
Coordinate with project and management teams to ensure smooth execution of contracts and services
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients, highlighting products or service advantages
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants
Identify new business prospects within the UAE construction sector
Negotiate terms and close sales deals in alignment with company policies
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably within the construction industry
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (preferred)
Valid UAE Driver's License (mandatory)
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client portfolios
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Strong network and understanding of the UAE construction and contracting market
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 per month
