Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled

Sales Engineer

with experience in

facade and aluminum systems

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling architectural aluminum systems and facade solutions to architects, consultants, contractors, and developers. You will combine technical knowledge with strong sales skills to provide advice and support on a range of facade systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with clients in the construction, architectural, and contracting sectors. Promote the company's range of aluminum and facade products to consultants, architects, and project managers. Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospects. Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product education, and after-sales support. Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to meet customer needs and ensure project specifications are met. Review and interpret project specifications, architectural drawings, and tender documents. Prepare project proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts. Monitor project progress and ensure successful product delivery and installation. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the brand and gather market intelligence. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales or technical roles related to aluminum profiles, curtain walls, or facade systems. Strong understanding of facade systems, structural glazing, aluminum extrusions, and building envelope solutions. Proven track record in project sales and customer relationship management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and architectural blueprints. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Existing network of contacts in the construction or facade industry.
