Job Purpose
To achieve sales growth by developing and managing customer relationships, providing technical-commercial solutions, and expanding the company's footprint in the UAE LPG & industrial gas distribution market.
Key Responsibilities
Junior Sales Engineer
Support sales activities within the UAE gas distribution sector (hospitality, commercial, residential, industrial).
Assist in preparing quotations, tender submissions, and technical proposals according to UAE standards.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations under senior supervision.
Learn and apply UAE-specific gas distribution regulations, safety codes, and engineering practices.
Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, and sales reports in line with UAE business practices.
Develop strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users in the UAE market.
Senior Sales Engineer
Lead sales operations and business development within the UAE LPG & industrial gas distribution market.
Manage and expand an existing customer base across UAE sectors, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Prepare and negotiate technical/commercial proposals as per UAE regulatory standards.
Conduct advanced site surveys, technical assessments, and provide engineering solutions.
Mentor and guide junior engineers to adapt to UAE industry requirements.
Monitor UAE competitors, pricing trends, and regulatory updates to adjust sales strategies.
Build strong connections with government authorities, consultants, and facility managers for project approvals.
Ensure compliance with all UAE regulatory frameworks, health & safety codes, and Dubai Municipality requirements.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
